Join in the fun in San Francisco's newest team competition for Champagne
and sparkling wine afficianados! Solve challenging Champagne-laced
riddles and perform daring and sparkling acts in this benefit event for
Under One Roof, the Bay Area fundraiser for 30 HIV/AIDS non-profits.
Sponsored by Australia's top sparkling wine producer, Yarrabank, this
new wireless competition pits teams of 6 to 10 against one another in a
2 hour race across downtown San Francisco to win magnums of Yarrabank
sparkling wine and more! Tickets are available at www.SparkleSF.com and
are $25 per person.
The Bubble Games kick off at the Hotel Vitale's outside terrace along
the Embarcadero, then continue through downtown San Francisco and end at
the Phoenix Hotel after party with voting and awards, Bambuddah Lounge
delicacies and sparkling wine toasts courtesy of Yarrabank. Bubble Game
teams will follow a wireless trail of clues on Go Games enabled
cellphones around San Francisco's downtown area to complete all Bubble
Game "missions". Clues for completing these ingenious, daring, and
creative champagne and sparkling wine themed missions are downloaded to
each team's web-enabled cell phone and all teams are also provided with
a digital camera for uploading of creative solutions to Bubble Game
challenges. Teams win points by shooting digital photographs, video,
audio recordings or text messaging answers by cellphone. Bubble Games
missions may include finding hidden treasures, solving sparkling
riddles, creative challenges, solving a bubbly problem or performing a
public display of sparkling outrageousness. Winning teams will be
determined by who finishes first, completes missions and voting
democratically about "most creative" team ideas for solving missions.
