Coffee Roaster

Have a roaster, a blue iron 1985 Probat, that would be
perfect for a cafe or restaurant owner that wanted to
roast their own coffee. You can roast nuts too. I
know how to roast and would be willing to deliver,
install and train (how to roast & use) if there is a
grad out there who would be interested. It is small
enough that it does not need an after burner to comply
with air quality regulations in SF County (i.e. to get
permits) . It is gathering dust in my garage at the
moment; wishing it was bringing red cherry looking
plant kernels from exothermic to endo at 412 F. Skins
popping twice, roaster logs, water evaporation, if you
want to experience more from my 800 lb. baby in the
confines of your own coffee house ...
