The harvard-sf discussion list branding work on
LinkedIn is done. Click on,

https://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/976/709FE96DA9A5/

to join.

Thanks again to Kennedy School grad Taiyu Chen for
doing such a great job on the logo for us!

Under Additional Information list harvard-sf in the
Groups and Associations section on LinkedIn. The logo
will then appear in your Profile when others view you
on the system. Maquette of things to come. Regards.

Harvard Inception

"Harvard University is a fully private university in
Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and a member of the Ivy
League. It was founded on September 8, 1636 by a vote
of the Great and General Court of the Massachusetts
Bay Colony, making it the oldest post-secondary school
in the United States. Originally called simply the
"New College", it was named Harvard College on March
13 1639, after its first principal donor, John
Harvard. The earliest known official reference to
Harvard as a "university" rather than a "college"
occurred in the new Massachusetts constitution of
1780. As in many English-speaking universities,
undergraduate life remains Harvard's emotional heart
and people often conflate it with the wider
university. ... "

harvard-sf LinkedIn Group Goes Live March 28th, 2005

The "Group" harvard-sf on LinkedIn becomes available
March 28, 2005. I'm making a brand identity group for
the "harvard-sf" list within their environment. When
you make your Profile you'll be able to list
"harvard-sf" as an alumni association (and have that
have meaning with a logo and connection to others who
do the same).

Thanks Kennedy School grad and harvard-sf-er, Taiyu
Chen, for doing the logo. If you have a Harvard
degree listed in your Education Profile on their
system you'll be able to sign up. Regards.

Perry On "LinkedIn" & harvard-sf Group Coming There

LinkedIn.com is a reputable way to professional
network on-line. If you are on the system or about to
join (it is free) consider connecting with me. Send
me an Invite. It has a way to (1) endorse people's
work; (2) connect through folks you know to those you
don't.

I'm in-progress making a brand identity group for the
"harvard-sf" list within their environment. So when
you make your Profile you'll be able to list
"harvard-sf" as an affiliated association (and have
that have meaning with a logo and connection to others
who do the same). If anyone wants to take a poke at
doing the "harvard-sf" logo that'll appear, let me
know. I'll send you the parameters they gave me.
That is my blocker at the moment from finishing this
action item. Regards.
